Terms of Service

Effective date: September 10, 2026. LottoSync is a business tool for licensed lottery retailers. Please read these Terms before creating an account.

1. Who we are

LottoSync (“we”, “us” or “our”) is a business software service operated from the State of Tennessee, United States. These Terms govern your use of the LottoSync web application and mobile app (the “Service”). By creating an account you agree to them.

2. Business use only — not gambling

LottoSync is an inventory, reconciliation and reporting tool for licensed lottery retailers and their staff. It does not sell lottery tickets, process wagers, pay prizes, or facilitate gambling of any kind. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized by a licensed retailer to use the Service. You remain solely responsible for complying with your state lottery commission's rules and your retailer agreement.

3. Accounts and staff access

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for all activity performed under logins you create, including cashier accounts you invite. Keep credentials confidential and remove staff access promptly when someone leaves.

4. Subscriptions, billing and trials

New accounts include a 14-day free trial. After the trial, each store location is billed at $29.99 per month or $299.90 per year, charged in advance through our payment processor. Adding a location adds a subscription for that location. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law, or where we cancel your subscription for our own convenience — in which case we refund the unused portion of the current period.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, to falsify lottery records, to access another retailer's data, to reverse engineer or resell the Service, or to upload malicious code. We may suspend accounts engaged in these activities.

7. Your data

You own the store, shift, inventory and scan data you enter. We process it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your reports as CSV at any time and may request a full copy or deletion of your data.

8. Accuracy and no warranty

Reports, variance figures, commission estimates and forecasts are calculated from the data entered into the Service and are provided for operational convenience only. They are not accounting, tax or legal advice, and they do not replace your state lottery settlement statements. The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost inventory, shrinkage, fines, or indirect or consequential damages.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, for violation of these Terms, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections covering data, warranties, liability and governing law survive termination.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
